Signed in, you can also send feedback with screenshots from the app: Account > Help & feedback on iPhone, or the feedback button on the web.

Email gokul@complementlearning.com from the address on your account and we will send your decks, cards, and review history. The Anki connector can also sync your decks back to Anki.

On iPhone: Account > your name > Delete Account. On the web: Settings > Account > Delete account.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Any subscription is canceled at the same time. The privacy policy lists exactly what is removed and the de-identified data we keep. If you can’t sign in, email us and we will delete it for you.
